Shipping and Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Chatsie. These are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We do not currently deliver to any countries outside the United Kingdom. If you live overseas and would like a Chatsie phone please contact email@example.com for information on our global rollout.
All orders are processed within 7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping is carried out by a range of carriers and will be delivered in 2-3 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number can then be used on the carrier website or at https://www.ordertracker.com.
Chatsie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Chatsie returns are covered by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described.
